The Idea :

Penthouses usually scream premium.

We took a different route Instead of a fancy English line,

we used what a real Gujarati buyer would say.


“Penthouse che?”


And the campaign simply replied:


Ha, Penthouse Che!”


A functional, recall-worthy line, built for the market we were actually selling to.

The Process :


1. Started With Teaser: “Penthouse Che?”


We started with curiosity.

“Penthouse Che?” popped up across the city, hoardings, stories, DMs, and more.

No context. Just curiosity.

We skipped generic influencers.


Instead, we tapped into Ahmedabad’s inner circle, like Bipin Chaudhary, tailor to Narendra Modi, Adani, and Director of JadeBlue.


No pitch. Just the line:


“Penthouse che?”


And the buzz followed.

Once the buzz peaked, we dropped the full message.
